The "Curator" of Kooksey is the data controller. If you have questions about your data, you can contact me via the form on the Summon Me page or email me at thelab@kooksey.co.uk.

Identity & Contact: Name, email address, and shipping address (only when you order or sign up for Intel).
Financial Data: Payment details are handled by our secure third-party processors (e.g., Shopify, Stripe, PayPal). I never see or store your full credit card info.
Technical Data: IP address and browser type (collected via cookies to help the site function).
3. WHY I USE IT
To Build & Ship: I need your details to fulfill your order and get your gothic gear to your door.
To Send Intel: If you’ve joined the Mailing List I’ll email you about the Shop opening (referred to on this website as 'The Vault' ) and Kooksey Lab updates. You can opt-out at any time using the "Unsubscribe" link.
Legal Obligations: To comply with UK tax and accounting laws.

I don’t sell your data to third parties. Period. I only share it with essential services that make Kooksey work:
Couriers: So they know where to drop your build.
Payment Providers: To process your transaction.
Email Services: To send you the Intel you requested.
5. DATA RETENTION
I only keep your data for as long as necessary. For tax purposes, UK law requires me to keep record of sales (name, address, and items bought) for 6 years. After that, it’s scrubbed from the system.

Request Deletion (The "Right to be Forgotten").

Mon – Fri: 6pm — 2am (The Night Shift)
Sat – Sun: Sunrise — Sanity Fails
Messages received during daylight hours will be decrypted once the sun goes down.
